Phew, you two were fast!! I have only just put the roast potatoes back into the oven - I barely got up the stairs!!

Anyway a very warm welcome to our Mangalitza Forum. These pigs are different to the pigs we were talking about earlier. Ulitmately, as a community, we would be looking to breed them in enough numbers that they could readily be eaten. At the moment there just aren'et enough of them.

If you go to the Food Hall, you will see some comments about Mangalitza/Tamworth crosses which I have to say was really delicious - a much stronger taste than pure Tamworth - bordering on wild boar in my opinion.

I hope to see you dropping into the forum regularly and look forward to your postings.
