I have been in touch with Isabel Weisner in Austria asking for recommendations for websites that will give us Mangalitza recipes.

She says that they sell a recipe book of Hungarian cuisine, which includes sausages, salami's and hams. It is priced at 20 euros plus postage, and they do an English version.

Since we are organising a trip to Austria I think it could be arranged to pre order and collect the books then for our French members, and anyone interested from any other country, I can pass on their details to you for you to contact them direct.

If anyone is interested then please let me know.

if you could pass on the details that would be great, we are holding back a boar from our current litter and would love to try and male salmais and hams
