Here is a link for the recipe for sauerdraut. It is a bit long winded I think, but seems to be a regular ingredient in some of the recipies I have been coming across in Hungarian recipies. http://chetday.com/sauerkrautrecipe.htm Does anyone know of a substitute that can be used instead of it, or a simpler recipe?
