Thanks Katie, All very interesting but boy god ,gonna cost me a fortune now, she will want a different wine with each bit!!!!

I have always wandered how the French know what wine goes with what, great, thanks

What a good find, I'm always stuck as to what wine with what food. Shall try this next time we invite friends over for dinner Very Happy
